| Comparing existing domestic and foreign energy-saving amount calculation method, following the basic principles of energy savings in national standards, considering the reduction of natural gas production and other factors for energy consumption, the article amends energy-saving calculation formula in national standards, which makes the formula of energy-saving amount calculation more accurate for reflecting the characteristics of gas production and energy-saving effects of gas field enterprises. |
