      水套炉是天然气开采、加工和运输过程中避免水合物形成的一种常见设备。现场水套炉应用过程中,往往会片面的认为水套炉温度越高越利于防治水合物生成。通过对某气井流体流程和水套炉自用系统进行分析后发现,过高的水套炉的温度会导致分离器分离效果变差,从而导致水套炉自用气含水量增多,由于自由水增多,在相同压力降下,更容易形成水合物,造成管线堵塞。通过在水套炉出口处增加一个针型阀或者调压切断阀,可最大限度地利用水套炉对气流的加热温度,达到控制水合物生成和降低水套炉能耗的目的。

      Water jacket furnace is a common equipment to avoid hydrate formation in gas extraction, processing and transportation. Through a gas furnace and water jacket system analysis, the paper indicates that excessive temperature of water jacket furnace would result in poor separation efficiency of separator and it is more easily to form hydrates and block the pipelines at the same pressure. By adding a needle valve or a regulating shut-off valve at the exit, the heat from water jacket furnace can be utilized furthest to prevent hydrate formation and reduce energy consumption.
